Esther North is a Cambridge/Northampton based photographer who in her third year of BA Photographic Practice at the University of Northampton. 

 

She has had an interest in photography ever since her parents bought her several disposable cameras when she was younger. She went on to focus on photography in her Art GCSE, moving on to study A Level Photography, finally going on to study it at University. 

 

Esther works in a variety of genres, and has studied many different areas of photography both within her commissioned and personal work. She's gained experience with both traditional, and digital photography, and has worked with medium, large and standard format cameras. She has also worked with photoshop, and a black and white dark room.

• Assisting photographer Kim Lightbody for a shoot in the Guardian Newspapers 'Cook' Magazine

• Shooting website images for a Cambridge based artist 

• Weddings

• Christmas Party Photobooth

• Community based events
